Help with staging
Invited testers can use verified email-link or Google sign-in, upload private footage and try sandbox checkout. Anyone can explore the public sample matches. Phone verification is off.
Common checks
Use MP4, MOV or WebM within 90 minutes and 8 GiB, confirm footage rights and check the collection’s sport. Reconnect a paused upload or reselect the original file after a reload. An uploaded file waits for allowance confirmation and approved analysis; it is not automatically analyzed.
Report a test issue
Contact the person who invited you with the page, approximate time and steps to reproduce. Do not include private footage, sign-in links, upload credentials or payment details. This page does not send a support request; a customer support channel will be published before customer launch.
